How does that work ?

To obtain an account

Initially you request a wholesale account while clicking on " login / signup ".
During the process of your inscription, you will have to also send to us a copy of the recording of your company. (the Chamber of Commerce or any other authority)

With these data, you can visit the page " login / signup ", and enter your account. There you can see your tariffs, download your invoices and CDR and make advance payments.

Freetrial!

Each customer receives a gift of freetrail of 1 EUR, which can be employed to finish a call on any destination before making an advance payment.

The service of Ing telecom is based on prépaiement. In your account you will find various methods of payment:

Roads available

Ing Telecom offers a road with a level of premium quality.

Premium of Ing Telecom: an optimum quality with CLI (posting of the number).

The number must be composed with the following format:

Our rates are per minute and EURO.

Interconnection

The username and the password are employed to be connected to our SIP server in order to carry out calls.

Username: Your username of Ing Telecom
Password: Your password
SIP/Proxy server: sip2.ing-telecom.com
Domain (optional): ing-telecom.com

We support the following codecs:

G.711 (64 kbps) G.726 (32 kbps) G.729 (8 kbps) GSMFR (13 kbps) iLBC
(20ms and 30ms)

If you cannot connect you by employing the username and the password,
we can also authenticate your fixed address IP. For this solution
send a request by mall for the authentification by IP.
